Scania K94IB/Irizar Intercentury 1733/6/41/6-8/54/7/8/62/6 (EEZ 6733 etc) were moved to reserve at the end of May, leaving 1764 (EEZ 6764) as the only Goldlineliveried example still available for service (although it was out of use because of the coronavirus pandemic).

Also delicensed then, while schools remained closed, were Plaxton Primo 3 (RXI 3333, MX07 BBF), Volvo B7R/Wright SchoolRun/High Capacity 311/87/8 (PEZ 9311, AFZ 1387/8), Optare Solos 1875, 1927/9 (DEZ 8875; XEZ 3354, BXI 337; AFZ 4988, XEZ 3361, ROI 129) and Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2295 (PEZ 7295).

Sold for scrap in May to Hamill, Ahoghill (dealer) was Volvo B7TL/Alexander ALX400 2937 (HCZ 9937).

Metro

The first five of a small batch of new B28Fseated Optare Solo M9250SRs, 1992-6 (XUI 6592-6), were observed at Optare in late May. DVLA records show the year of manufacture as 2019 and registered in March this year. Note the unusual allocation of Derry City registration numbers.
