This Leyland Lion LT8 was new to Eastbourne Corporation in 1939 and was fitted with the Leyland B32F body, In 1940 it was requisitioned by the War Office.After surviving the war it was purchased in 1945 by Valiant and registered LMG 184, Later the same year it was bought by the family coach firm Canhams of Whittlesey who ran it until 1964 when it went to the West of England Transport Collection, Canhams bought it back in the early 1980's and it has recently been the subject of an extensive restoration at M R Judd Commercials in Guyhirn and this is its first trip out since completion, Still owned by the Canham family and Barry Canham is going to be looking after it now its completed.
